Hi, I’m Gregg Howell and I am an operations leader with a strong background in safety management. As a retired 24-year AF Vet, I have accrued a vast wealth of experience in leading teams and implementing effective strategies. Similar to my wife Nicole, my experience in safety management allows me to focus my attention on helping others. Through overhauling my company's safety program and implementing new standards and procedures, I was able to reduce findings by 70% and deficiencies by 100% from the previous year, transforming it into a corporation hallmark.
My passion and attention to help those around me has also allowed me to identify staff development opportunities and devise comprehensive training programs to address these specific needs. There is something to be said about the value you can provide to another person’s life and I wholeheartedly know that Nicole and I strive for that excellence every single day.

Hi, I’m Nicole Howell and I’d like to consider myself a champion for those who are often overlooked. People have come to know me as that meticulous, detail-oriented friend you have - you know, the one who is passionate about ensuring the safety and well-being of everyone around them? That’s me!
I’ve always been driven to serve others and have held several roles in public service throughout my career. For example, my experience as a Lead QA (quality assurance), has enabled me to successfully thwart numerous foreign product recalls and mislabeling errors, ultimately preventing major financial losses and company degradation. As you can see, my passion flows over from my personal life and extends to my professional life as well.
